If you’re the smartest person in the room, that’s a warning sign.
Either you’re in the wrong room, or you’ve stopped learning.
I’d rather be the “dumbest” in the room:
  • The one asking questions.
  • The one taking notes.
  • The one connecting dots.
Expertise is valuable.
Curiosity is non–negotiable.
The title of this post isn’t self–deprecating.
It’s a compass.
I want to keep putting myself in rooms that stretch what I think I know.
