Awards are funny.
On the one hand, it feels good to be recognized.
On the other hand, nothing about the day–to–day work changes just because someone put your name on a list.
Being ranked as one of Philadelphia’s top digital agencies was a nice moment.
But the real work was (and still is):
- Serving clients.
- Building a team.
- Doing work I can stand behind.
If you’re chasing badges, you’ll always be hungry.
If you’re building something meaningful, recognition is just a byproduct.
