I see companies trying to use these clever names for their products and services.
I see apps that try to come up with a unique way to describe words and concepts like: friends or content.
I see people digging out the thesaurus to come up with new, unique, and original words to say something people are already saying.
Unless you have obscene marketing dollars behind you, let me give you some free advice. Stop being so cute, use the language that your customers are already using.
