Here’s something I’ve learned about working with clients: things move slower than you’d like them to.

I want to be clear, it’s not their fault; this is natural.  In any organization with more than one person, decisions are not made in a vacuum, and any business more than a few months old is going to have to consider how different activities impact the brand.

All that being said, it’s not your job to worry about internal roadblocks. It’s your job to deliver.

You can either slow down to match the pace, or you can be the engine that drives everything. Which would you rather be?

  • I want to push to move faster.
  • I want to provide unabashed, honest feedback, even if it’s uncomfortable.
  • I want to take matters into my own hands.

That’s what my clients pay me to do…right?

Are you willing to push through and be a driving force, or are you scared what people might think?
