When life gets you down, and you feel stressed, it can feel like there’s no escape.

Sometimes you feel the stress get knotted up in your chest, and you can’t even focus on the people around you because you’re too lost in your head.

If you’ve ever experienced this, allow me to offer two simple “possible” solutions.

I’ve found that when they world overwhelms me, a quick 20 minute power nap makes me feel better.

The other option is to think about the last time you’ve eaten anything…if it’s been too long, grab a snack. I’m often amazed at how many time a little sleep or a little snack fixes my attitude and makes me ready for action.

These aren’t the solution to all of life’s problems. You can’t just sleep through your challenges, or eat to find comfort. But, sometimes, that actually is a great solution, and there’s nothing wrong with either.
