I just found this article that claimed in a survey that 8% of people don’t even knew what a web browser is. At first his shocked me but then I remembered how many people I know who think the internet is the little blue ‘e’ on their cluttered desktop. It all made sense. So here my my PSA for all you who are still web-newbies a mere 20 years later. You’ll also notice my recommendations along the right hand side of this site to switch away from Internet Explorer to a better browser.
