You will never grow if you only take on things you know for certain that you can handle. Go big! Take on something that makes you sweat uncontrollably. Put yourself in the position to have doubts about yourself.
If you don’t push the envelope for yourself, you’ll never know just how incredible you can be.
My goal is to keep pushing. It’s to keep selling bigger contracts, taking on bigger projects and growing more aggressively than would normally be advisable.
I relish in the uncomfortable because it motivates me to conquer my fears and surprise even myself.
