Build it so it doesn’t scale

What if there were more products and services that couldn’t scale?  

Would the world fall apart?

Or would we just get more attention and customized products and services?

This is why we obsess over locally produced goods and services; because there is a level of care and attention that simply can’t scale.

Maybe that’s a good thing.
