I’ve generally had good experiences with Apple’s customer service.  Recently I had an awful experience followed by a fantastic one.  A gentlemen who I found out no longer works at Apple was rude, unresponsive and very short on the phone with me.  Luckily not too long after that when I called back, I got Heather.  I’d simply like to post what I wrote about Heather in one of the few surveys I’ve ever decided to take the time to fill out.

My experience with Heather might just be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only was she genuinely concerned with fixing my issue, she was polite at every turn and it consistently felt like she was going 110% to make sure I was taken care of. She called me back instead of me having to chase her. She stayed in communication throughout the process so I was never left feeling like I didn’t know what was happening. Heather was outstanding and I highly recommend that she be given some sort of role in training others to be just like her. I have generally had good experiences with Apple’s customer service but this was unique. I am very happy to have been taken care of in a way that made me feel valued as a customer and BELIEVE ME I am definitely an Apple customer, we have the stockpile of devices to prove it.
