I came across an article today about something that Peter Shankman is doing with his influence: he’s helping some people come home for the holidays.
In the original post from his blog Peter explains that he has acquired an unbelievable amount of airline miles from all of the travel that his work requires and he’s donating those miles to fund 4 round trip flights home for the holidays.
…and then others got involved.
In the midst of this generosity, others have stepped up to donate their miles or money. What started as Peter donating 4 trips from his own miles has escalated to 25 trips home through the generosity of JetBlue and individual donations!!!
They will be selecting winners Friday, December 6th and announcing the winners on December 7th.
