I look back on the first year in business, and think about the struggles I had to define what I do.  I think about my first few months of new business meetings, and how often I stammered, unsure of how to “sell.”

2012 has had a whole new look from the early days of True Voice Media.

Now the conversation just flows, the offering is clear, the boundaries are drawn.  I often catch myself speaking, almost unconsciously, rattling off theory and in-depth concepts while I mentally watch from outside of myself.  I wonder “who is that speaking?”

It’s at these moments that I recognized that I’ve arrived, I’ve hit my stride, and it feels good.
