I’m astounded by the number of people who will pay for expert advice just to ignore it.
Why would someone take their hard earned money, give it to someone else in exchange for the expertise (that a person they’d spent years acquiring)…only to ignore it.
What causes this?
- If they think that they know more then the person they hired…then why hire someone at all?
- If they don’t trust the person giving the advice…then why hire someone at all?
When I hire experts, I trust them. The reason I hire them, is because they know about something I don’t.
