A Day in the Life

Rest

ByJeff Gibbard June 12, 2017January 17, 2024 Reading Time: 1 minute

SQUATS

  • 175lbs.
  • 8 reps
  • 5 sets

Rest for 60-seconds in between sets.

Why do we rest? We rest because it is necessary. Without the rest, we would fail. Sometimes failure results in injury.

Rest is not separate from the work, it’s an essential component of the work.

We take days off, we sleep in, we cease working. When we do this, it’s important to realize that the rest is part of the work. So, stop feeling guilty about it. And just…rest.
