You’re probably overcomplicating it…I know I do.

You’re probably using your industry terms, I know I do.  Yeah, it makes you sound smarter, but it also makes it harder for your customer to connect and understand. It makes it harder for them to find you.

You’re probably doing custom pricing.  You think it makes every project feel more unique to the buyer…but it doesn’t…it just makes them uneasy.

Communicate what you do like you’re talking to an 8 year old.  Productize your services and create flat pricing.

The Recipe for Success

Setting expectations, communicating clearly and concisely, and making things easy, is a recipe for success.  You need other ingredients, but at the very least, simplify it for your buyer.
