What constitutes a small win versus a big win?

Yesterday, a client told me that they “enjoy working with me” and that I “get them.”

Is that a BIG win or a small win?

I had a client recently tell me to “handle it” because they “trust me.”

Is that a BIG win or a small win?

If I define the size of my wins by the monetary value, I’d be depriving myself of the real big wins…the ones that make me feel good about the work I’m doing.  And in a world where so many people hate “going to work” I think anytime you can feel great about the work you do, it’s a BIG win.
