I have the amazing opportunity to speak to a large group of people today on behalf of SCORE. I’ll be delivering a presentation on how to use Pinterest for your business.
Every time I get the opportunity to speak I feel lucky to have an opportunity to directly influence and help other people. I also truly appreciate how each speaking engagement makes me feel more confident and comfortable in front of an audience. Some people fear public speaking, I relish the moment. It’s not often in life that people give us the gift of attention. We usually have to fight and claw our way into being relevant for other people…or we need to be born into it (thanks mom and dad).
I’m grateful that I continue to get these opportunities to speak and move my way into bigger and bigger venues.
