To maintain focus on a long term project is perhaps the only real way to ever get it done. Without it, the distractions, the setbacks, the challenges, the unintended and unforseen obstacles will all take you on another direction.
Without focus we are scattered and unlikely to get where we intended.
Focus, like money, is something we need to survive and thrive. When allocated wisely it is an investment and without it makes it difficult to accomplish much.
The greatest men and women from history focused on an objective and did not deviate. We must keep this in mind, even as the increasing amount of noise and distractions makes it more difficult.
