Good guys win.
Bad guys win.
Those who work hard are sometimes rewarded, other times they lose.
Those who do not work hard are sometime rewarded, other times they lose.
Having a better technology doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll beat the competitor with inferior technology.
There are no rules, so we should be wary of those that peddle a worldview in which there are.
The only constant in all of this is that having integrity will allow you to sleep at night. If you have none, you still may sleep at night. But in an unfair world where nothing is guaranteed, it’s nice to know you can count on something. There are many ways to win, so operate with integrity, it may not get you ahead, but at least you’ll feel good.
