What’s the “right” platform, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin or Google+?

Where is your audience?  That’s the right platform.

We often have a habit of getting wrapped up in the details before seeing the big picture.  The big picture is you have goals.  The big picture is that social media sites now exist and likely you have to pay attention to it.  The big picture is not “we need a twitter account.”  That is a detail.  Before you decide where to go, you need to decide what you want to accomplish and why you want to accomplish it.
