I LOVE public speaking, but I need to focus my time in order to grow. I need to be here to manage my people, to touch the clients, and to focus on the company.
Traveling, being away for a week, meeting new people, are all fantastic, but I haven’t devoted the proper time to turning these speaking engagements into work.
Therefore, as much as I love it, I must step back and refocus.
