This #followfriday list is the group I follow to provide me with inspirational quotes, leadership and things to ponder.  I’ve recently created this group from my home stream so this is a short list of people who I’ve found that more often than not, tend to inspire me or provide me with a good way to think about leadership.  If you have recommendations for other people I should follow that are inspiring or thought-provoking, please add their usernames in a comment.  Also would love to hear from you if you enjoy this list.

@iconic88 – Perhaps the most inspiring tweeter I’ve come across.  Iconic88 always provides top notch quotes and inspiring statrements.  Highly recommend you follow.

@pontish – She is the CEO of Gap International, and only tweets if she has something worthwhile to say.  While her quantity of tweets is on the low side, the quality is tremendous.  Please give her a follow and check out what she’s saying.

@inspiremetoday – An amazing woman who lives up to her username.  She responds to nearly every @mention and DM is truly an inspiring individual.  She tweets frequently and can be seen interacting with hundreds of people all day, but she always has time to contribute something special.

@4thgear – I spoke with Randy around the time I started using Twitter.  He always has something interesting to say about leadership and is another individual who actually engages with people on Twitter, which is something hard to find.

@markooakes – Encouraging and passionate about leadership.  Mark provides quotes and Retweets of great quotes.  He is a must-follow in this list.

@mastermindcoach – Great quotes, great ideas.  Mastermindcoach is highly retweetable and serves as a kind of virtual life coach.  Not saying you need a life coach but he’s interesting to follow.

@quotingtweets – Great quotes, generally inspiring!

@tonyrobbins – Come on…you know who Tony Robbins is.  He provides great quotes and links to inspiring and thought provoking material.  Another must follow.

@michaelhyatt – I’ve mentioned Michael Hyatt in other posts, but I can’t say enough about how genuine he is and humble.  He is always providing authentic advice for leaders in a way that comes from the heart.  He’s never talking down to you and is someone I truly enjoy following on Twitter.

That’s what I’ve got so far…recommendations?
