For many people, work is a fight…the fight of their lives. That is to say, we will spend the majority of our lives at work.

In the midst of this, many are simply trying to get by, day to day, without thinking about what happens when they’re done with work.

Deciding what you want to do after you’ve “put in your time” is the basis for saving for retirement.

My dad worked in a funeral home for 30 years until he decided to start his life after work. Now he golfs in Mexico and watched all the TV, Movies, and Sports he missed for so long.

But what if after we’ve fought through 30-40 years of working, another fight waits on the other side.

One of my readers worked as a nurse, only to retire to battle her own health. Can you imagine?

What comes after this iteration of work? This can’t be the best we’ve got.
