Routines can be great.  Routines can create consistency and efficiency.

Every day I wake up and _______.

It’s vital that you consider what goes into those blank spaces.  Routines should be designed NOT fallen into by circumstance.

The more conscious you are about the activities you routinely do, the more likely you are to get what you want in the future.
